The Gynae…

2-50pm

That was the main appointment today. To go & see the gynae. I had a number of questions for him, which he patiently answered. Ladies! It’s important to go for a checkup….make sure you do. I had a pap smear done, which I’ll get the result for in a couple of days. He received my blood results from last week. My hormone levels are consistent with my age. There are three things you need to know about your hormones. Firstly, as you get older they change and those changes may result in a number of symptoms, including fluctuations in moods and emotions.  If you find yourself particularly depressed, check your hormones.  The second thing is that you have options when it comes to hormonal issues. Ask your doctor about them. Thirdly, don’t allow your hormones to run or ruin your life. Fill your days with happy things. Don’t focus on the doom and gloom. Focus on the joys and blessings. Learn to be content whatever your circumstances regardless of your age or your hormones!!

Actually, I’m feeling great, so whatever I’m eating, whatever exercise I’m doing, whatever vitamins I’m taking, however much sleep I’m getting, it’s all working. Here’s The Gynae…

The gynaeThe reason why I make public my visit to the Gynae is so that other women will be responsible too!

Other people who crossed my path today were Wesley, Melissa and Anslem. They are in the Living Grace Drug Rehab programme and are doing very well. Before going to their session, they popped into CCFm to see the studio this morning…

Wesley melissa ad AnselmI managed to sneak in a cappuccino with friends before gym at 1pm. Karin popped by and pulled out her new cell phone. It’s the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, which is the same phone I have. All my photos are taken with it…Karin is thrilled with hers…

Karin with her new galaxy note 2Wow, so that’s Tuesday just about over. The days sure do fly by! Today is International Ephesians 4:2 Day! Ha! I bet you didn’t know that! It’s April 2nd (4:2), so I declared it a special day for remembering Ephesians 4:2… “Be completely humble and gentle. Be patient bearing with one another in love.” 13 powerful words. Good ones to remember!

God bless you loads!

Make those appointments… for better health.

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂
