Thursday
Dear Elsie
Today was the day we had a majestic sunrise and it is very evident the days are getting slightly shorter & the sun is moving over the distant mountains. This was this morning…
This was 2nd December…the roof on the left is a good reference point.
This was …April…in a couple of months time, that’s where it will be.
It was a lovely day and we got to the beach. The day is always better when the beach is involved. We got home just after 8am. The guests had left the lights on of their car, so Mike helped jump start it.
My work day was altogether easier than yesterday. I had a call with our MD and she will find someone else to take a (tedious and time consuming) chunk of the work off me. I’m thrilled! Help is on the way!
We don’t really get dramatic sunsets being on the side where the sun rises, but they still look pretty good.
Today has been a good day & I am grateful. I usually take a Bible verse from my daily reading, but this one is appropriate for today.
Psalm 113:3
From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets, the name of the Lord is to be praised.
It’s not about now – we are only passing through.
Keep the smile going.
God bless you.
In His Grip,
Gran xx 🙂
