I read about this story, believe it or not, on CNN! Yes, they ran a story about God answering prayer! It was probably only up for 5 minutes, but none the less, it was there for long enough for me to read it and today I googled it and found the video. Watch!
Such an amazing story.
This weekend has been a bit of an unexpected one due to me having to work. I didn’t work as much today, but I still did 4 hours.
A really important thing that we did today was met with the neighbour who owns one of the two plots behind us at Echo. He signed our no objection form! One down, 5 to go!
We don’t want to waste too much time on this, so if we can’t get the others to respond, we may take it straight to getting the Council to do it for us. If after advertised and receiving letters, the neighbours don’t respond in a month, it’s a given they didn’t complain. Gareth who is the guy we met with today is going to need to use the access we are using to get building materials up to his building site. He is building on a plot that doesn’t have road access, so it’s going to be a busy time outside of our house. This is going to take time. We are in it for the long haul.
Tonight’s sunset was spectacular…
Romans 15:4
For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.
What a wonderful reminder. I thank the Lord for the Bible almost every single day. It gives my life such direction. It really is a strong foundation for life – start with the New Testament book of John. It will stir your heart.
These are the days!
Keep the smile going.
God bless you.
In His Grip,
