The volume of work has escalated which is great, but it does come with an additional degree of stress. Exercise is great for stress, but when I’ve done it at 6 in the morning, by the time we get to this time of evening, the exercise effect is long past. I have found that I’ve got a bit of additional energy kick out of taking these two…
I have been surprised at how much energy I have suddenly got and I can only put it down to introducing them into my supplement regime. I also take collagen, magnesium and zinc. The magnesium took away my heart palpitations, literally overnight.
But there is something else that helps me destress…
Thank you very much. I’ll have a piece of that right now. Aaahhhhh!!
But probably the most effective stress-buster is prayer. God knows all things; He sees all things; He has it all in mind. No stress needed. He carries it all.
Psalm 92: 1-3
It is good to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to Your name, O most High; to declare Your steadfast love in the morning, and Your faithfulness by night.
Amen!
These are the days.
Keep the smile going.
God bless you.

Gym:
- I did a 5km jawk (jog and walk), walked the 5 minute cool down on the treadmill.
- I did a few weight machines
- The “24” class – 8 exercises for 30 seconds each, rotated through 3 times before having a minute break and doing it all again. I think it lasts about 24 minutes.
