1st day of September! Yeah! Because I’m a dates kind of person, today, two years ago, the crooks broke our back door lock and at 7am, while Mike was in his office and I was upstairs, they entered our house and stole a TV. That was the last time they were actually in the house, although they tried two more times before the end of September 2017. So happy that since then, we have not had any further intrusions.
I have needed a new vacuum cleaner. I don’t need anything massive or fancy. Just a small cheap vacuum cleaner that I can keep in my office and is easy to plug in, use and empty. I found the answer it this…
It looks bigger in the picture. It’s a Bennett Read Dynamite. These days you can register it online and they give you an extra year warranty, so I did that. Now, when I’m cleaning out, I can easily vacuum all the nooks and crannies. I’m so motivated to clear out, shred and reduce our house contents. I need to simplify.
It has been a quiet day with David visiting this evening.
One thing I know for sure is that work is going to pick up in the week ahead. The Middle East Director is back from his holiday. I’m happy with that and look forward to a busy week.
