Today a letter came for Truffles. I knew it was from the vet, yet I was still amused.
So unexpected to see a letter addressed to Truffles van Niekerk!
Anyway, I have made the appointment for next week and we will trundle off to have her shots. I also want them to check her thyroid. She is such a skinny little thing and maybe an over-active thyroid is the reason.
Meanwhile, we are planning to be away for 4 nights, two at a resort and two with Stacey and Adrian. We need to transport the cot and a number of other things we have picked up for them in Cape Town. Very excited. This evening I will do a trip to collect and pay for a couple of things I have bought via Facebook. The SPM group is rich with offers of second-hand baby things. Great to keep an eye out for useful bits and pieces.
I need to wrap this up as I have a Skype call in 20 minutes.
#587 of my 1000 thanks is for my Lenovo Tablet. It was a gift from Mike and Stacey some years ago and it continues to give me a lot of pleasure. It’s something I use every day. 🙂
