Mike took the day off, so right after the show I came home. Then I went to Bible study before coming home to open my present from Stacey and Adrian…we actually videoed me opening it…but I don’t know if you will be open it…here’s the link…
And here it is.. we skyped “Stadrian” & while we were on skype, made our first expressos! Yum! They were great!
In the afternoon we had a visitor to the balcony…
He hung around for a short while and then flew away.
Matthew 6:26 says, “Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?”
The Lord cares.
I am feeling fabulous today. I’m blowing hot and cold over this LCHF eating plan. What I do know, is that you need to find out what suits you as far as the type of high fat food you eat. It’s taken me the best part of the month to find out what is right for me. I’m feeling great now and thinner, despite not having lost any weight! 🙂
