I was up early this morning, got ready, did my Bible reading and had Mike’s specially brewed cappuccino. He didn’t try this, but if I wanted peace for the day, he poured the milk and it came out a little like a dove…
Just after 6:30am I drove off to the hotel to check all was in order. It was! At 7:45am, I headed for the airport, parked, waited a very short time for my panel of interviewees. There are due to be three, but one had fallen ill and not made the trip. Very friendly and very interested in Cape Town and South Africa.
We returned to the hotel and the interviews commenced a little earlier than scheduled. We began to run quite early so I contacted the applicants and got them to come early. My view was this…
One other teacher has arrived through some other agency and so he will be slotted in.
I have to admit that coming with low expectations always works. It’s going far better than I expected.
I will wait patiently for the rest of the afternoon to unfold and return home tired but satisfied.
