Monday
Dear Elsie
Today was the day I was at the beach at 9am and at 4pm, although when I went down at 4, it was just passing by. There was a bit of wind in the morning, but we thought it wouldn’t be too choppy. The shark spotters didn’t put the net out though, so I just bobbed around in the shallows. The sea was super warm – some said 20, but I thought about 18. Morning picture. The net was ready but it only got put out much later.
I walked down at 4pm to buy some salad ingredients. I stopped to take another photo. Not much difference, except the net was in place.
While there this morning, there was the (dreadful) sound of chain saws. The city were trimming these trees at the park on the other side of the railway line. I wondered if they were only trimming or if the plan was to cut them right back. I took a photo to compare later…
When I came by later, the trees were nicely trimmed.
They look much better. Such a beautiful day today.
I worked 6 hours.
David came down for dinner. He has had about 6 doses of Nattokinase. He doesn’t seem to have had any side effects, so now it’s just a matter of waiting to see if it will help in dissolving his clots. He’s focusing on getting a lot of rest.
Christmas 2 weeks today!
Isaiah 45:12
This is what the Lord says – It is I who made the earth and created mankind on it. My own hands stretched out the heavens; I marshaled their starry hosts.
It’s not about now – we are only passing through.
Keep the smile going.
God bless you.
In His Grip,
Gran xx
