Drinking Tea in the Garden

This has been a busy week thus far. Today I’ve done 5 interviews, most via Skype, but it’s meant that I’ve got no more scheduled until next week. I’m not doing any over the weekend and I’ve cleared my diary tomorrow as well. I think I may do some work tomorrow but not as much as today.

I started working at about 10am and just after 12 Mike and I went into the garden to have tea. I tried to set my cell phone up against a tree to take a photo with the timer on. Mike objected saying a tree is not the place for a cell phone. “Why don’t you use our ‘selfie stick'” he said. He went to get it and for the first time since buying it last year, we assembled the phone on it, took a few photos…it doesn’t look like a selfie. I had the timer on…

Then we got bold and put on the video…

After this I went back to work and apart from a short break worked through to 7-30pm. These long hours are short-term – one must make hay while the sun shines!

I went to gym today and as I was packing up and put my earbud head phones into my gym bag, I had a thought of how grateful I am for them.

#780 of my 1000 thanks is for my earbud head phones. They have been so useful and are so compact and efficient.

We are downhill to the weekend and I’m so looking forward to it.

James 1:17

Whatever is good and perfect is a gift coming down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow.

These are the days!

Keep the smile going.

God bless you.

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂

Gym:

  • 27 minute fast walk
  • 30 minute grid – heart rate was 166 at the end. It was crazy.
  • 5 minute cool down cycle

This was what put my heart rate up. I did 18-20  in 30 seconds (six sets altogether). I found a video of someone demonstrating. She does 16 in about 13 seconds. That’s hectic.
