Today has been a great day but I am feeling discombobulated.
My diet has gone haywire. With all the exercise I’ve been doing, I’ve been craving carbs and SUGAR (horror of horrors)! Today I decided to get back to basics. I went to gym *swam 40 lengths and cycled 20km* – altogether the exercise was an hour and a half. I came home, had coffee and a salad. Then I was starving, so I had these as snacks…
Then I had half a mango later and another cappuccino.
For dinner we had pesto pasta (with real pasta) but while I’m full, I’m absolutely craving sugar! David is coming to see Stu so I asked him to bring me chocolate. Apparently he has left over Woollies chocolate pudding. 990 <<<<< this was Truffles walking over my keyboard! This was two months ago.
Soooo, now I’m going to be faced with the temptation of chocolate pudding! I won’t say no.
Today I had a LOAD of work to do. I got it all done and am very happy. Mike also worked for the most part of the day.
