The other day I was needing a meal that would feed a lot and yet was quick and easy. I remembered I had something under my blog recipes but couldn’t remember exactly what it was. Right there and then, in the grocery store, I looked it up online and voila! What a help. So I doubled the recipe below and it turned out very well!
A couple of credits for this yummy suggestion. My friend Jo copied it from Susie Janzen’s FB profile. Thanks Jo & Susie!
It is just so easy, it’s healthy and it’s much better than fried! It’s very simple,
Here’s what you need:
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup Greek yogurt -plain
Garlic powder
Seasoning salt
Pepper
- For 4 chicken breasts, mix together the yoghurt and cheese.
- Add the seasoning (about a teaspoon of garlic powder).
- Spread mixture over 4 chicken breasts.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 45 mins
- If you want some variation, sprinkle sliced mushrooms in at about the 30 minute mark.
- Serve with salad and/or other veggies.
- Absolutely Delish!
Simple!
Simplicity in the Bible:
2 Corinthians 1:12
For our boast is this, the testimony of our conscience, that we behaved in the world with simplicity and godly sincerity, not by earthly wisdom but by the grace of God, and supremely so toward you.
Depend on God’s grace and not on worldly wisdom.
Now that’s food for thought.
Keep the smile going.
God bless you!
In His Grip,
Helga xx 🙂
