Yesterday when we were at Echo, I found one of Julian’s new books, entitled Views of South Africa. Julian estimated it was published in about 1903, as it makes reference to the late Cecil John Rhodes and he died in 1902. I bought the book home and scanned in some of the best Cape Town pictures…enjoy seeing Cape Town as you’ve never seen it before…
I’m so glad to have got those scanned. Beautiful photos. Today has been quite a quiet day although it was far busier for work this afternoon. I did a bit more sorting and all the shredded paper went off with the recycling.

- Cycled 30km in 1 hour 17 and a half minutes (554 calories)
- Ran 3km in 22 minutes 34 seconds (249 calories)
That was a great workout, but I think I may need a rest day tomorrow, or I’ll have a very light workout. A walk perhaps.
