Stress-free Monday…

After I did yesterday’s blog, Mike & I went for a lovely walk along the Cat Walk and then the road to Simonstown.

This morning dawned with a bit of drizzle and cloud about, making a dramatic sunrise photo…

The Rise and Shine Show went off well with more than 120 SMS’s this morning. The Big Word was easy (the anagram PEG AND NIX). Also had a synonym for a James Bond Movie which most people got (Certification to Assassinate!)

After the show I did music prep and then came home. Granny is now sitting at the kitchen table puzzling over the puzzle…

She can spend hours on it!

Meanwhile, I’m pleading with the Proteas to get the Australians out! I also typed up the biography of Jacob Boehme.

Mike at a meeting tonight, so some exercise and  a lowkey dinner, talking of which…I can smell it cooking. I’d better go and check on it.

Psalm 91:2 “I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust”… …..regardless!
