Exodus 10:1-2 “Then the Lord said to Moses, “Go to Pharoah, for I have hardened his heart and the hearts of his officials so that I may perform these miraculous signs of mine among them, that YOU may tell your children and grandchildren how I dealt harshly with the Egyptians and how I performed my signs among them, that you may know that I am the Lord.”

Many times we don’t understand God’s ways. Things happen in life that appear so sad and unjust and tragic, that it would be easy for us to say ‘how could a loving God allow that?’  Ultimately though, God has a plan, it is for good. You have to believe something. I suggest to you, believe THAT. Liz Curtis Higgs once said “God does not waste pain.”  No matter what you go through, know that God is with you and although you may suffer extreme anquish, depression or even pain, God has not left you. He knows what you are going through. You don’t see the whole picture. You don’t see what is coming. God does. He is beside you in this. He has you in the palm of His hand and He won’t let you go. So whatever you suffer today, know that God has not left you and neither will He. Don’t fight God. You will smile again. Happier times are ahead. You will get through this. Keep focused and keep the faith!
