Monday
Dear Elsie
Today we blew vigorously into the new week. A fierce south-easter – 50km/hour came roaring through. Photos don’t do the strength of the wind justice.
The birds are struggling to fly. The beach looks like a washing machine and it pretty much is altogether unpleasant outside. Needless to say, no exercise was done today. I did do 2 loads of washing and worked for almost 9 hours. Raiku did not like the wind. Every time I got up from my chair, this happened.
When I went to sit down, he would squirm and eventually jump off, until he didn’t.
I think it’s the wind. He really doesn’t like it.
And that has pretty much been the day. This evening, the plan is to watch Mrs Harris goes to Paris.
Proverbs 5:21
For a man’s ways are in full view of the Lord, and He examines all his paths.
It’s not about now – we are only passing through.
Keep the smile going.
God bless you.
In His Grip,
Gran xx 🙂
