Overeasy Wednesday

Yep, today has been an enjoyable day. I called it ‘over- easy’ and then wondered about that term, so I googled it and found ‘over- easy’ eggs are not really how I like them. If the definition of over- easy eggs is “cooked on both sides; the yolk is a light runny and the egg white is not fully cooked”, then leave them in a little longer please.

I like my egg white full cooked. That would make them, according to google ‘over-medium.” But we will leave today ‘over-easy’ because it was a laid back day with enough activity to keep me busy and entirely a lack of stress to make it easy…over-easy…not even medium-easy!

The day had a tranquil start…

The Rise and Shine show buzzed along. Right after it was the prayer meeting and then, I managed, in 45 minutes, to prepare the music for Friday. By 10am I was on my way to the church to take a few blood pressures. That done, I headed over to the Mall where I sat and did a bit of work while enjoying this…

Soon Riana arrived and we had a bite together.

I wrapped up my morning with a bit of shopping and came home ready for my lunchtime snooze. Now Granny & I are sitting on the patio drinking tea. Over Christmas, I took a photo of Granny sitting reading the Joy magazine. It was such a cute picture that I sent it into my friends at Joy and they have published my letter with the picture in the latest edition. Look out for her! She’s getting famous! 🙂

Today, Mike is having a mole cut out of his arm. That is at 6pm, so I’m only expecting him home m-u-c-h later!

Psalm 28:7 says “The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart TRUSTS in Him and I am helped”
