What a splendid day it is. Mike & I were up early and off to the beach, where we did the “van Niekerk shuffle”… this is the very slow jog we do along the Simonstown Rd. The whole reason for it, is to get hot enough to plunge into the cold sea water at Fish Hoek Beach. There is nothing more refreshing than running and then having a dip…it opens all the pores and relaxes you like nothing else. 🙂 If you can open this link, it’s a snippet of the yellowtail in the trek net at Fish Hoek Beach…

Yellowtail off to market – R200 per fish if you want to buy one from the trekkers.
Then it was off home, shower, coffee, breakfast, shop, rest and then came Gizmo…
And I settled down with a fascinating read…
