Wednesday
Dear Elsie
If yesterday was a better day, today we saw the tiniest iota of progress with David. Tiny to be sure. When he came up this morning, he said, not too loudly, that he felt he had a very small increase in energy. That makes today even better than yesterday.
Even if it is only for today, we will take it. He is on the L-arginine and waiting for pycnogenol to arrive. This is a pine bark extract and he has it on good authority that this along with the L-arginine is helpful for Exercise Intolerance.
This morning Mike and I went to the beach. It was a beautiful day and the tide was super low. It’s full moon tomorrow night and when the tide is low, it’s very very low and when it’s high at this time of the month, it’s very very high. I swam to the barrel and back and towards the lighthouse and back. Then out to the barrel again and back to the beach. It was 30 minutes and not quite 2km today.
It looks like tomorrow will also be a good swimming day. We need to take advantage of it because Friday looks like there will be rain.
I only worked for about 4 hours today. That’s a treat.
Another better day.
Psalm 91:2
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”
It’s not about now – we are only passing through.
Keep the smile going.
God bless you.
In His Grip,
Gran xx 🙂
