Today after the show, it was off to my weekly Ladies Bible study, only this morning we celebrated Riana’s birthday with cake & goodies…
Love the Friday mornings. We are at full capacity now & can’t really cope with the group getting any bigger.
I left at 11-45am and headed for Kalk Bay because Julian is in town and we were going to Harbour House for lunch…
What a way to start the weekend! 🙂 It doesn’t have to be expensive enjoying Cape Town. A walk on the beach, a stroll up the mountain…this beautiful city cries out to be enjoyed! Just do it!

This evening, it’s soccer and not much else! England are playing Sweden. Julian wants to watch!
But first, a brisk walk is required!
I revisited Joshua 22:22 –Â “The Mighty One, God, the LORD! The Mighty One, God, the LORD! He knows!”
I just love this verse. It’s a verse that says, ‘don’t worry!’ It reminds me of 1 John 3:19-20: “This is how we know that we belong to the truth and how we set our hearts at rest in His presence: If our hearts condemn us, we know that God is greater than our hearts, and He knows everything”.
Don’t condemn yourself! Set your heart at rest!
