Worm Moon

Wednesday

Today was the day…

Another long work day. 9 hours + of screen time, so this blog will be short.

The main event ended up being dinner, where we went to one of our favourites..

On the way home, we admired the almost full moon. I googled to find out exactly when the next full moon is due and I read it would be a Worm Moon on Friday 18th March. What is a Worm Moon? Never heard of it, so I googled that too. It’s actually a term used in the northern hemisphere who are bidding winter farewell and hoping for warmer times.

So it can’t be applied to us in the southern hemisphere but it’s a random piece of useless information you can add to your weather small talk!

The moon does look beautiful though. Cell phone camera doesn’t do it justice.

The change of seasons has become apparent these last few days. A week ago we were oohing and aahing over the warm sea water – we haven’t ventured down there since the cold wind began. Perhaps tomorrow!

Matthew 23:9

Do not call anyone earth your father; for One is your Father, He who is in heaven.

The best is yet to come -we are only passing through.

Keep the smile going.

God bless you.

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂
