Today Today Today

Wednesday

David’s Big Day arrived. I was out early putting a new message on the board…

We had breakfast together. He did some teaching and packed and I worked. By 3:30pm, it was time to go.  He is travelling so light. Small bag, backpack and guitar. What else do you need?!

Mike & I took him to the airport and dropped him at international departures.

And off he goes.

I’m really excited for him. Everything is going to be so different. He leaves behind praying parents, that’s for sure.

Today I saw a remarkable story. An amazing event occurred off Hermanus yesterday.  It is a well known fact that Southern Right whales come to our Cape waters to have their calves, but it’s seldom an event that is witnessed. Southern Right Charters had the amazing privilege of being at the right place at the right time.

The calf…

Amazing!

Genesis 1:21
So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living thing with which the water teems and that moves about in it, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.

The best is yet to come – we are only passing through.

Keep the smile going.

God bless you.

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂
