Stomping Around Noordhoek

That’s one of the things I did today. Riana and I parked at Noordhoek Farm Village and went stomping around Noordhoek. It is so lovely with its fields and paddocks…

Behind the Common, we visited this magnificent vegetable and herb growing concern…

Riana walked enthusiastically across the plot to meet one of the owners, Graham….

I think there is about an acre of vegetables and herbs doing very well…

They supply to almost all the restaurants in Noordhoek and also can be ordered by the locals. Useful to know about. We carried on walking admiring the views of Chapman’s Peak…

Some parts of Noordhoek I like.

That all happened this afternoon.

This morning I went to gym, ran 6km and swam 30 lengths. Then came home and watched the gripping ladies final of the Australian Open. It was tense. Caroline Wozniaki won and it was her first major. She also is now number 1 ladies tennis player in the world.  It was a really entertaining match.

And now it’s bedtime.

#549 of my 1000 thanks. Yay for deodorant. I think with the severe water restrictions, deo is going to become more important!

Deuteronomy 31:6

The Lord your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.

Great words!

These are the days.

Keep the smile going.

God bless you!

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂
