Mid-Altitude Cyclone

Wednesday

Today was the day that…

A massive storm hit Cape Town. It was initially described as a mid-altitude cyclone that was expected to form close to Cape Town. It led our builder to baton down the hatches, board up the entire building and make sure everything was secure. We were very pleased he did. In our area 42mm had fallen by 8am. The winds were high and the rain was heavy. There was quite a bit of flooding in Fish Hoek and surrounds. This was Valyland…

And it’s not quite over…

I took my computer to bed and it is from there that I type.

I worked about 5 hours.

We met our new tenant at the flat and signed the lease agreement. We’ll give her the keys on Saturday.

We met Werner at the building site and he and Mike went over the budget…

Mike has done a fabulous design and whenever I’m there and see it all coming together, I admire him more and more!

It’s now POURING down.

Psalm 13:5-6

I trust in Your unfailing love. I will rejoice because You have rescued me. I will sing to the Lord because He has been so good to me.

The best is yet to come.

Keep the smile going.

God bless you.

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂
