Lock Down Day 23

Today was the day that:

Was absolutely stunning. A beautiful autumnal morning…

We ate! Yeah. Lock down is a time where the world is completely discombobulated and Mike and I just thought this was a good time to get an extra bit of detoxing going, so we drank water for three days at the start of the lockdown and today, we finished another three days. This time was much harder. Last night I felt terrible, so we shared a vitamin C drink. The number one reason we’ve done this is for Mike’s blood pressure. It is crazy how it drops. It was 140/80 to begin with which is not too bad, but this morning it was 115/75.  We had our last cup of coffee on Wednesday at 12 noon. Today at 12 noon we had one and it was like liquid gold. Then Mike baked bread and I made soup and at about 4:15pm we ate. This was Mike’s best loaf yet.

The other thing we started today was cleaning the bedroom, bathroom and study walls so we can paint.

Latest Corona stats…

And for US…

And for South Africa (yesterday), we had a jump in numbers – we went up by 178. There were 2 more deaths. Hopefully today won’t be as bad.

Mike has got a Jane Austen movie lined up so I’m off to watch it.

Ephesians 3:12

Because of Christ and our faith in Him, we can now come boldly and confidently into God’s presence.

Don’t be afraid to pray.

These are the days.

Keep the smile going.

God bless you.

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂
