Lock Down Day 22

Friday

Today was the day…

Mike and I played rummy! I found a few packs of cards and so we had three rounds of rummy. Mike won two. I will need to make it even!

An LDV drove up in front of the gate of the neighbour across the road. There was a driver and on the back was a worker. He climbed off and immediately we noticed he was coughing. He didn’t just cough once – he coughed and coughed and coughed. By then he was speaking to the driver through the passenger window and coughing all over the inside of the cab. We were so shocked. The neighbour came out. A few words were exchanged and then they drove away. That’s how Corona would spread.

It was a beautiful spring day, so we did some washing. We walked in the garden and we swept the paving.

I also did some of the puzzle.

And I worked. Two offers arrived for a couple of my teachers. Good offers. They were delighted.

Tomorrow Mike will bake bread. He is in charge of the bread-maker!  Friday in lock down:

Corona stats for today…

The World from USA to Ireland

The Africa stats are from yesterday. South Africa recorded 14 new deaths and went up by 99 cases. Egypt as overtaken us.

We hope for the best.

Galatians 5:22-23

The Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

Good fruit.

These are the days.

Keep the smile going.

God bless you.

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂
