LCHF Questions

1-30pm

I am getting more questions regarding LCHF.  I am going to try and find the answers over the weekend, so send them along to me if you have them. I have spent some time trawling through (mainly Swedish) websites, finding out all sorts of information. I’m putting the links on the tab at the top, ‘All Things LCHF’ but my latest favourite website to read is updated daily…

Tommy lost a LOAD of weight on LCHF and has made it his lifestyle and his mission. He doesn’t scrimp on butter!  Meantime, back at my house, this was lunch…

Avocado and feta cheese – high fat at its best! An entire avocado pear has 200 calories, 20g fat, 2g carbohydrate and 2g protein. Feta cheese – a small amount- 10g has 26 calories, 2g fat, 1g protein. Cappuccino to follow with full cream milk and extra cream added. I also had 23 almonds. I’m content.

With the holidays approaching, traffic volumes through Kalk Bay have increased! I regularly get to stop on Boyes Drive on my way back towards Fish Hoek…someone has tried to be a tad funny with their sign…

I didn’t have to wait too long today, but I counted the cars waiting in the queue between Fish Hoek and Kalk Bay…170….this is at Clovelly…

Patience is the order of the day!

Colossians 1:11 –“We also pray that you will be strengthened with all His glorious power so you will have all the endurance and patience you need. May you be filled with joy…” 🙂

Yesterday I sorted out most of my winter clothes. Now I just have to sort out the summer. Bangers and mash for dinner (no mash for me)

Ashlee asked I post some of Stacey’s photos here. Scenes from Cambodia:

The Palace!

What a blessing!

God bless you loads.
