KPW!!

4-03pm

I’ve made it a new catch-phrase in our house! KPW. It’s what we all have to think when we are coming or going so that we don’t leave vital stuff in arb places.  It stands for KEYS, PHONE, WALLET!

KPW! Know where they are all the time!

So the last two days have been fantastically summery! Yesterday, after I posted the blog, I did indeed set off with Granny on a 3km, 55 minute walk. When I woke up this morning, I realised the true upper body work-out I had by pushing the wheelchair round the neighbourhood. She LOVES looking at the flowers…

With the temperature way up in the late 20s today, we have Granny outside, drinking tea, enjoying the fountain, with her feet up…

Meanwhile, after church this morning, we found a cat chilling in the sun…Cute!

Every Monday on Rise and Shine, I read a quote from Winnie the Pooh – here’s tomorrow’s:-

“When you wake up in the morning, Pooh,” said Piglet at last, “what’s the first thing you say to yourself?” “What’s for breakfast?” said Pooh. “What do you say, Piglet?” “I say, I wonder what’s going to happen exciting today?” said Piglet. Pooh nodded thoughtfully. “It’s the same thing,” he said.” (― A.A. Milne)

Isn’t it amazing that it doesn’t really matter what is ahead of you this week. It may be something as simple as breakfast. It may be something terrifically exciting. Eitherway, God goes before you. He sees what you eat and where you bungee jump! He sees the housework you do and the overseas trip you have planned. He sees the tiniest little act of service and he sees the huge number on your payslip. God sees it all! Big or small – it’s the same thing.

Psalm 139:3 “You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways”.

Have a fabulous week!

God bless you loads!

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂
