Helga’s Day, One Photo At A Time…

2-50pm

It’s been a fab 24 hours. After yesterday’s blog, I took Granny walking around the garden and she loved that. When she came in, she sat at the piano and picked out a bit of tune and did scales….

This morning, the sunrise showed the promise of another sunny day…

Today is bandana day, so I took mine in and took photos of Jason and I…

Right after the show, decided to go to the FH Traffic department. I scratched under the seats of my car and my missing driver’s license turned up! 🙂

They take a photo of you, do the eye test & fingerprint you. It’s all computerised, so you don’t get ‘black fingers!’ Your photos appear on a screen…the red arrows are me!

Once I’d passed the eye test, I went to pay…R140…

That went quickly and  I arrived at Riana’s at 10am. We had a good morning of chatting…such a lovely day – especially when some friendly ducks came a calling…

Very friendly ducks…

Agh, siestog…

Before I left, Riana  freaked out the Daddy Dikkop again by going too close to his beloved eggs…it’s quite funny…the Mommy Dikkop stands some distance away with her back us, almost as if she is too scared to look! 🙂

My final picture was of another inhabitant of Riana’s garden…

Caterpillars are mentioned in the Bible. I found them in Joel 2:25

“And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the canker-worm, and the caterpillar, and the palmer-worm, my great army which I sent among you.”

If you have regrets in your life and want to put them behind you, it takes a small step of faith. Perhaps some of the things you have done have resulted in a bit of a messy life, with more complications than you care to count. Put your faith in Christ and watch how He restores to you those years that you feel you have wasted. He will make them up to you.  Trust Him, not only for one day, but for all time. Start attending a Bible believing church and start reading the Bible. Begin with the book of John which is in the New Testament. God will help you and you will find the peace you are looking for.

You are loved!

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂
