Today the boxing came off the columns. They mustn’t dry out too quickly, so they are getting sprayed down from time to time.
The other side of the second level…
I took a couple of photos from up the stairs. It would be fun to see how the house grows in the next couple of weeks….this is from the steps at about the third level entrance. The steps are 3 metres from the house…
And this is from the top of the steps…those rocks are going to have to go…
Apart from visiting the site this afternoon, most of my day was spent working (8 hours), but I also managed a trip to the gym followed by shopping. One of the things on my shopping list was food colouring as I’ve run out of the red for the bird juice…they are going through the bottle quickly. They had no red food colouring! Watch this space.
It will be interesting to see if the birds still drink the juice when it’s a different colour. I’ll have to find a spot for bird feeders when we get to Echo.
The end of the day. Still no news from the orthodontist. I wrote to the receptionist and she said she would let me know as soon as she has news. I know he is in his Claremont office tomorrow so hopefully I’ll hear from him then.
