Exodus 20:24b (God speaking) “Wherever I cause my Name to be honoured, I will come to you and bless you.”
What an amazing verse, tucked away in the depths of Exodus. The statement is God speaking after He has given Moses and the Israelites the Ten Commandments. Just think about this: “Wherever” is just that – WHEREVER God causes His Name to be honoured – that could be in your heard, in your home, in your family, in your job, in your church, in your Bible study, in your social circle. God wants His Name to be honoured so if you know and love Him – WIN! God has caused His Name to be honoured in you – He will come and bless you. It’s a perfect circle. God has caused His Name to be honoured in you – you in turn strive to always keep Him at the centre of your life, your home, your business; – He will come to you and bless you.
So hit the ground running today – not necessarily to make a lot of money – don’t let that be your motive – hit the ground running in honouring God who has called you into your sphere of influence.
